Associating a user with a department

Navigate to the Users modules under the User Administration application and open the serveradmin user record we created previously in the chapter.

In the Department reference field, either start typing the name of the Department, for example, IT or Human Resource, and select the appropriate Department name from the auto-complete suggestion list or click on the search icon on the right of the field to open a pop-up reference selector window:
